At ERA, every product is custom-made with care. Since we specialize in personalized t-shirt printing, our return and refund policies are slightly different from regular apparel brands.
1. Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item or incorrect design
- The product has a manufacturing defect
🚫 We do NOT accept returns for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after order placement
- Minor color differences (due to screen variations)
- Custom design errors provided by the customer
2. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at [your email] with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- You may receive:
✔ Replacement product, or
✔ Full/partial refund (depending on the issue)
💳 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After that, production begins and cancellation may not be possible
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized t-shirts (unless defective)
- Items purchased during special sales or discounts
6. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is from our side → We cover return shipping
- If not eligible → Return shipping is not applicable
